Meet Your Agent
Amithyst Bailey grew up visiting her father’s construction sites and remembers being intrigued and inspired by real estate, architecture, and the process of residential building and design. Her father is an architect and contractor and spent several years building custom homes in Northern California. When she thought about her next career goals, real estate was naturally the career path that came to mind.
Amithyst was in the beauty industry for 23 years, including owning a highly successful hair salon for a decade in Midtown Sacramento, and then three years in the Pavilions. Her natural eye for color, composition, and balance gives her an advantage in the real estate field. She was passionate about continuing education in her craft, but felt after so long that she was ready to tackle a new industry. Her ability to communicate easily, multitask, and negotiate strongly seemed like a natural fit for the role. She was licensed in December of 2018, and quickly gained traction through her existing and faithful salon clients. She became an agent for Keller Williams in 2019, and works diligently on behalf of her clients.

In September 2021 Amithyst and her business partner (also preferred lender!) Gabriel Nusz opened their own boutique office location at 26th and J Streets in the heart of midtown. Amithyst was also asked to be a member of the ALC- Agent Leadership Committee- for her brokerage for 2022, Keller Williams Sacramento Metro. She is passionate and committed to helping out her local community and leads several charitable events throughout the year. Â
Amithyst Real Estate is a member of the Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, the Sacramento Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Leadership Sacramento Alumna 2020, Masters Club 2021, ALC for Keller Williams Sacramento Metro 2022, and the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals.Â
