Amithyst Bailey developed a passion for real estate at an early age, spending time on her father’s construction sites and watching custom homes come to life. As an architect and contractor, her father built custom homes throughout Northern California, giving Amithyst a firsthand appreciation for architecture, design, and the homebuilding process. When it came time to pursue a new career, real estate was the natural choice.

Before transitioning into real estate, Amithyst built a successful 24-year career in the beauty industry. She owned and operated a thriving hair salon in Midtown Sacramento for ten years before relocating to the Pavilions, where she continued serving clients for another three years. Her trained eye for color, composition, and design—combined with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and expert negotiation—has become a valuable asset in helping clients buy and sell homes.

Licensed in December 2018, Amithyst quickly built a thriving real estate business, thanks in part to the trust and support of her long-time salon clientele. She joined Keller Williams in 2019, earning a reputation for exceptional service, knowledgeable guidance, and unwavering advocacy for her clients throughout every transaction.

In 2025, Amithyst began pursuing a certificate in Interior Design to further enhance the level of service she provides. She has a particular passion for residential renovations and enjoys helping clients envision a home’s full potential—whether preparing it for sale or transforming it into their dream home.

In 2026, Amithyst joined GUIDE Real Estate, a brokerage selected as the exclusive Sacramento-area member of Forbes Global Properties. Through this partnership, her clients benefit from the global marketing reach and luxury exposure of one of the world’s most recognized real estate networks while continuing to receive the personalized service and local expertise that define her business.

Amithyst is an active member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals. She is a graduate of Leadership Sacramento (Class of 2020), a Sacramento Masters Club recipient (2021–2026), served on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council (ALC) in 2022 and 2023, and was recognized as a Real Producers honoree in 2024 and 2025, representing the top 2.5% of more than 22,000 real estate professionals in the Greater Sacramento area.
